Get your engines ready because the F1 Singapore Grand Prix is back for another exhilarating race weekend from September 20 to September 22 with tons of action both on the track and at glitzy party venues in and around the Marina Bay Street Circuit. This is the 11th year for the world’s first F1 night race, and like always, there will be tons of opportunities to rub shoulders with some of the world’s best drivers and party like a rock star all weekend long. If you’re planning on hitting up Singapore F1 2019, these are our top picks for the best places to catch the races and get your Grand Prix groove on.

 

Amber Lounge

Amber Lounge is the official F1 after party, so you can expect glamour galore. The gala kicks off on Saturday night with the F1 fashion show, followed by cocktails in the Arctic Lounge where you can dance the night away to beats by DJ Sigala and a surprise act. Sunday is the much-anticipated closing party where you can take part in post-race celebrations with the F1 drivers and teams. Expect iconic live acts, DJ’s, and free-flow champagne until the early hours of the morning.

Tickets: Packages start at $640 for a shared table and go up to $46,500 for a 2-day Ultimate Weekend Package.

Bang Bang

Get fuelled up at Bang Bang over the race weekend with two phenomenal DJ sets and special Red Bull cocktails and events. Swing by on Saturday for thumping bass lines by Red Bull Thre3style US champion Trentino, who takes inspiration from the musical legacy of his hometown of Chicago. On Sunday night, J Espinosa will be hitting the decks with his signature versatile rhythms and tight mixes. The first 100 people in the doors will get a complimentary Red Bull cocktail.

Bar Rouge

Set on the 71st floor of the Swissotel, Bar Rouge is a spectacularly scenic spot to catch the races and celebrate the wins. Head here on Saturday night for the Race the Night party featuring acclaimed turntablist and hip-hop duo Bangkok Invaders. DJs Buddha and Ono will be joining forces with MC Unda for an evening of pulsating beats and sick rhymes that are sure to rev up the crowds. 

Tickets: $25 cover charge including one drink before 10:30pm and $35 cover charge including one drink after 10:30pm.

CÉ LA VI

For bird’s eye views of the race track and a whole lot of amped up F1 energy, CÉ LA VI is the place to be. Perched on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands, this iconic Singapore restaurant, lounge, and nightclub will be rocking the Grand Prix vibes all weekend long. We recommend heading here on Saturday night for stellar house music sets by New York-based music producer Dennis Ferrer, DJ Oliver Dollar, and house music producer Offaiah.

Tickets: $88 at the door or $188 for a 3-day weekend pass that gets you access to day and night parties, plus one glass of champagne per day.

LAVO

Get the party started early at LAVO during their Race of the Wild Party Brunch. For those who don’t know, this sexy rooftop eatery and bar has started a bi-monthly Party Brunch every Saturday with delectable eats and free-flow Perrier-Jouët champagne, house wines, house pours, and beer. The F1 edition will run from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday, September 21. Sorry parents, but this one’s going to get boozy, so no kids allowed.

Lulu’s Lounge

Lulu’s Lounge is a beguiling alternative to the usual rooftop nightclubs that throw F1 shindigs. Styled like an upscale NYC back-alley club, the space is renowned for its sexy cocktails, groovy jazz, and underground vibes. The Va Va Vroom Race Weekend celebrates the Grand Prix from Friday to Sunday with live funk and soul acts, go-go dancers, and special burlesque performances by Porcelain Alice and Memphis Mae.

Marquee

If you’re looking for some off-circuit action, Marquee has a stellar weekend of F1 festivities lined up. We’re particularly looking forward to Saturday when Carnage will be throwing down beats at this enormous nightclub featuring a ferris wheel and three-storey slide. You may recognise the Guatemalan-American record producer and DJ from parties like ULTRA and Tomorrowland. The party starts at 10pm and will keep rocking until 6am.

PR1X

 

Friday September 20th marks the launch of the inaugural PR1X party at 1880. Open to members and non-members alike, this F1 celebration will feature epic cocktails, mixology masterclasses, 12-hour sets, and vinyl spinning in the spa. Music is the focus with sets specially curated by underground music label Darker than Wax, a 12-hour set by Orio of Fat Fish Familia, and Hong Kong DJ legends The Holy Spirits.

 

Tickets: $88++ per person including a glass of champagne on arrival, $2000++ per table for 10 people with $200++ for each additional person.

1-Altitude 

Get in on some race weekend revelry at Circuit 2019, a three-night lineup of sky-high parties at 1-Altitude. Sip on special F1-themed cocktails and cold beers as you get down on the dance floor to killer sets by international DJs and gaze at the bright lights of the race track and the glittering skyscrapers from 63 floors up. There will also be exclusive events like the Red Bull Pit Stop Challenge with an Aston Martin race car.
