We’re huge fans of eating out for Thanksgiving lunch or dinner because then we don’t have to slave over a hot oven or clean up a huge mess afterwards. Lucky for us there are a few standout restaurants in Singapore offering special Thanksgiving dinners that include all-time faves like traditional roast turkey with all the fixings and some contemporary creations to shake things up a bit. 1. Bread Street Kitchen
Bread Street Kitchen, a replica of the award-winning London-based restaurant, is putting a British spin onto a classic American feast. Start off with the Welsh Rarebit and Stuffed Mushrooms appetizer followed by your personal pick from four hearty main dishes such as Roasted Stuffed Turkey Breast and the Braised Turkey Leg, served with steamy mashed potatoes, roasted parsnips and crispy pork crackling. Top it all off with their delightful dessert platter featuring a chocolate fondant with mint chocolate chip ice cream and a tangy blood orange tart with rhubarb sorbet.

2. Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chophouse
It’s pretty easy to feel gratitude at Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chophouse on Thanksgiving because every year chef-owner Travis Masiero puts together an awesome selection of American classics like slow-roasted Tom turkey, cornbread stuffing, potatoes whipped with chives and butter, roasted root vegetables, and gravy. And seeing as how Luke’s is famous for its amazing seafood flown in from the States, you can also expect a solid spread of tasty bites like Maine lobster, Rhode Island clams, and jumbo shrimp.

Start with some poached prawns, sushi, rillettes, and charcuterie and cheese, then dig into roast turkey with dried fruits and chestnut bread stuffing, slow-roasted prime rib, lobster thermidor, Singapore chili crab, or seafood paella. Be sure to save room for desserts like pumpkin cheesecake and honey roasted pecan pie.
